I only saw the first 2 (and mostly just because the rest of my insisted I come along with them 🤨). I found them both pleasant enough time-killers (especially the first one), but ultimately pretty disposable... and I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to ever see them again.

2022-09-12 17:15:46 +0000 UTCBTW, the moonlight serenade, with the cursed pirates, is my favorite scene in the movie because of Keira Knightley's performance. She's a real scream queen in that scene. And yes, Klaus Badelt's score is really epic. Hans Zimmer & Geoff Zanelli get to take it to the next level for the next four movies, though Zanelli scores the fifth film. I should also mention that the fork that Pintel pulled out of Ragetti, went through his wooden eyeball.

I'm looking forward to seeing your reactions to the next two sequels, Dead Man's Chest & At World's End, and also On Stranger Tides & Dead Men Tell No Tales. They just get better and better.
