Ainz is saying she's a guest. So she can leave whenever. She said she wanna work tho:) I don't think it's ever mentioned in the anime, but the Abelion Sheep Demiurge talks about at his farm use the skins for making scrolls out of humans, I believe. I'm pretty sure it is only hinted vaguely at in the anime. Ainz would'nt allow it, but it's a misunderstanding between them, like many times...

One thing that I would have liked to have seen was some kind of "conclusion" of Solution's insubordination to Sebas and accusing him of being a traitor. Maybe it was cut out of the anime but I feel like it should've been addressed. Or Ains thought it was ok for her to do that just as a precautionary measure? idk.. Sebas is my favorite character so maybe I'm biased lol.
