Food for thought: Since the younger brother has a stand, that means his older brother shot him. That's dark. Also, The powers and looks of a stand depends on their personality and what they are wanting, so since the younger brother's stand eases....he either got it as that because his brother shot him to kill his dad...or it's because the younger brother wishes to erase his past, memories, and any bad thing in his life. All I'm saying is, no matter what, it's sad how he got it.

Just imagine how absurdly scary The Hand is under Josuke's control. And yeah the heal thing for the father's problem is sadly irreversible. It's more of a thing brought up in the manga. Showing what Josuke can and can't do. Such as illness or disease. Probably since they are natural to the human body. It's awful. But Josuke can't revert someone to a previous state that would go against the development of a person. If he could. He probably be able to revert someone even by age at that point and any symptom that could come from it. But trust me. Diamond is stupid nuts in terms of what it can do.

2021-02-23 00:32:26 +0000 UTCNot only can Josuke not heal him cause his stand can't actually heal it only reverts things back to an original state so it would have no effect on someone who is a whole vampiric creature now but the actual worst part is that Okuyasu could probably kill their dad by erasing him but Okuyasu doesn't have it in him to use his stand on an actual person and his brother could never force his little brother to do that.
