the line is not how many times he breaks out but how many he killed after breaking out. I mean hey if killing one person who is not even connected to you slightly and is a villain will save 1000 people in which maybe there is someone who is related to you or you may love, fuck I will kill him thousand times if I had the power to.

2022-02-08 16:19:42 +0000 UTCI wouldve agreed with batman the first time joker escaped. The second time joker busted out, I would've given him the benefit of the doubt. But according to a line by Dick in hush, it was said that the number of times he broke out was 79. And some people estimate his number of escapes to be in the hundreds. If I remember right there was even a comic where they actually gave him the electric chair and for some reason he still survived. So if the government can't do it, then who else aside from batman will kill the joker?
