Well technically Shion is the Japanese name of a flower that has purple color, and Benimaru for example literally means Crimson Circle. Similar names for the other Kijin as well. Rimuru is an asshole, he even named the old fart Hakurou, which means literally White Old Man (after the old ppl hair color etc)
