Beef pancake is made using thin slice of beef covered in raw egg and flour then cooked in oil. They are pretty good. We usually eat them on traditional holidays like new years and thanksgiving.

In korea, it was considered disrespect to the parents who gave birth to you if you cut your hair. So both men and women never cut their hair since birth unto death. Also, they would collect all the nail clippings in a box. Because all of your body parts are something your parents gave you and throwing them away would be disrespect to the parents. They'd tie up the long hair and keep in inside those funny looking hats. That's why those hats are tube shaped.
