Summer Shows

Comments

which is clearly hard to understand, you literally said it in the post lol

Peacefinder Simply

Full Dive: This Ultimate Next-Gen Full Dive RPG dope. A new anime with the season finale coming out this week. Im looking forward to slime the most tho and shield hero in the winter.

Donte's Amaterasu

Im standing on a million lives s2

Donte's Amaterasu

The second season for that my next life as a villainess anime is coming out and the first season was pretty good.

TrixieTurner

I know. I was just nicely saying. 2021 summer debuts fam 😅

Rock Lee

Dragon maid 2, slime 2 part 2

Jess

Assuming they don't fuck the adaptation of the former up, yea it's pretty gud. Also the MC in it ain't a loser coward like shonen MCs (makes sense as he's college-aged). As you might have seen from the tags, it's a harem show, but it kinda makes sense partially in this case, given MC's position. Also MC ain't a pussy like I said, since dude literally fucks the harem members unlike your cowardly shonen protag #43636 Oh and I suppose Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai should be addedto Summer anime list technically, as it airs in Japan on 31st of July, but is dropped in MAL on 1st of August due to it airing a day later in the west, apparently. So technically a summer anime, since it's still during the summer break

Skebaba

Yea I know. That’s why I said maybe and that I haven’t been paying attention to new anime in awhile so I don’t have any not already aired anime that I want to see right now

kevin (btw i'm a girl)

not aired anime, not already aired anime

Peacefinder Simply

How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom, The Case Study of Vanitas. These look promising for sure.

Peacefinder Simply

I recommend you guys watch Kekkai Sensen aka Blood Blockade Battle front its an amazing show that has a ton a funny and chaotic moments in it I definitely think you guys will enjoy it

GodHimselfEZ

Got my attention too

Peacefinder Simply

Oh, im also excited to watch kanojo mo kanojo, the manga is hilarious, but i wouldnt put it up there in priority for you guys. I read uramichi oniisan, and its pretty funny too, its about the horrors of being an adult lol

Stivens Salazar

Focusing on only debuts, "Battle in 5 seconds after meeting" is really really good, at least what they will adapt. Lots of discussion can come from it and gets you thinking quite a bit. it will start july 13th however. "The detective is already dead" looks interesting, but unless the first episode gets people talking on social media, i dont see many people checking this out. I've seen lots of talk for "Sonny boy", I havent checked it out yet however. first ep is already out. Premise for the show looks intriguing tho.

Stivens Salazar

I would Recommend Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu. I've read the manga on this, it's quite good.

Asserooku

Meikyuu Black Company Jahy-sama Kobayashi Season 2

Skeletan

😂😂😂😂😂😂. Literally

Rock Lee

What I'm looking forward to: Slime Season 2 Part 2 - might as well, since we're in it for the long haul Bokutachi no Remake - Remake our Life! - A lot of these time-traveling anime are starting to show up, like ReLife and Erased and Tokyo Revengers, so maybe it's going to eventually saturate the scene the way Isekais have. But oh well. Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki - How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom - Isekai, yada yada, but this series is about administrative reform as opposed to battles and adventure. That piqued my interest. Peach Boy Riverside - Basically turns the old Momotaro folktale on it's head. The Duke of Death and His Maid - Anything this kid touches dies, so he lives alone in a house in the forest, and his maid looks after him and sexually harasses him for fun. He's in love with her but he can't touch her or she'll die. That's the starting premise. Case Study of Vanitas - 18th century Vampires. Dope. Sonny Boy - Basically a sci-fi version of Drifting Classroom, but they all get abilities. Shiroi Suna no Aquatope - The aquatope on white sand - Slice of Life series about an Aquarium and the folks that work there. Record of Ragnarok - It's pretty dope, I've been reading the manga.

hurryupmode

Why I try to make them react to it, as it will be amazingly good show for them to react to with their knowledge of Baki. And they like the hype battles.

Thamor

record was fun to watch.since they like shows like baki they would probs enjoy some mindless action :D

Michael Royal

If I start searching and see 2017 2018 etc. i move on lol

Rock Lee

Yea. I don’t know why people are doing that. I end up getting overwhelmed on false information and pick on my own lol

Rock Lee

Record of Ragnarok with Director. For new anime there really is only Slime s2 part 2 at least what I see from myanimelist site. Maybe Night Head 2041 as the original anime from that show was pretty good.

Thamor

You already did episode 1 for that YBRL.

Thamor

Dragon maid’s a no-go if we talking about debut. That debuted in 2017.

Erick Ruiz

I'm hyped and definitely watching Higurashi Sotsu for sure, my guilty pleasure Love Live, and Dragon maid.

KC

((I also love how rock Lee makes a post and everyone including me goes "HOLD ON I NEED TO POST ABOUT THIS ITS REALLY IMPORTANT"))

None ya

A thought also occurs you could do r/HFY story reactions its a genre subset about humans kicking some genuine ass with things we may never even consider in the event of first contact with aleins.

None ya

I think that FENA: PIRATE PRINCESS could be entertaining

Beruss

^^ "How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom" looks hella interesting. Definitely one of mines to watch this summer

Dee

Dragon maid.

HosTiQ

How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom, welcome do demon school iruma, Drugstore in Another World: The Slow Life of a Cheat Pharmacist that last one is a maybe from me comedy is often a 50 50 genre in anime.. oooohhh here is an idea on Disney plus you guys could start on an animated star wars binge I think that might have potential I would watch it anyway!

None ya

Yeaaaaaa. Thanks ha

Rock Lee

Ohhhh you meant shows that are about to come out. If that's the case, I would suggest "I'm standing on a 1,000,000 lives". Season 2 starts airing in 2 weeks and season 1 has 10 eps.

Dee

Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom

Tobiume

Banana fish maybe. I haven’t been paying attention to new anime in awhile

kevin (btw i'm a girl)

Hey that’s a nice suggestion. I thought it debuted already? I’m asking about new shows that debut 2021.

Rock Lee

Talentless Nana. I haven't seen any reactions to it, but it's was one the top "under the radar" animes of last year because it came out with animes like TOG, GOH, and other shows.
