No it's likely something weird, like the way that Patreon's native video viewer cues up the video for playing. That would explain why my refreshing the page cleared up the section of bad resolution.

I would explain but that would be spoilers And it's actually "Hody Jones" not "Hordy Jones". They both sound really similar so I guess that one is kinda interchangeable And this isnt an important mistake but the subtitles were also wrong when they explained what type of mermaid Shirahoshi is. If you go back to when it said she's a "smelt-whiting mermaid" you can hear them say outloud in English that she is a "Big Kiss" type mermaid. They sometimes say things in English but the subtitles put the wrong thing anyway

2021-06-24 01:37:51 +0000 UTCWhen I refreshed the page after your comment it seems to be fine now, but at the time of my original comment (and even when I edited that comment) you couldn't read the subtitles they were so blurry from the beginning of episode 536 to the 17:10 mark of your video where it cleared up then. Needless to say that I have no idea of what's going on, but I wish this player gave us more control over the video quality that doesn't require us hitting the Refresh button.

I don't know if something went wrong in the upload of the video or if Patreon's built-in video player just turned to crap, but if you could please do something to fix this I would greatly appreciate it. Edit: At 17:10 it clears up, so apparently it was the upload of the imbedded video
