Hell most men would go meet as a friend another female even if they have GF/Wife. It doesn't mean they are going there to betray.

What I understood she is young little bit uncertain girl, so she needs to see more than just Baki, it's not like she has ever said to Ali that she would go with him.

Both for the same reason, Kozue isn't interested in someone living the life of becoming the strongest and Baki isn't interested in becoming the strongest.
