Bedroom Doll [Reward Render]

As I already mentioned in my DeviantArt gallery, few days ago a fan of my works who goes under the handle Raider-99 on DeviantArt picked a few pieces of content from my wishlist on Renderosity and sent them to me as gifts.

As a "thank you" gesture I created few renders that showcase the content that has been donated to me.

One scene that is Mannequin TF themed has been posted in my dA gallery already.

Then however, I also created another scene that is silicone love doll themed and which I'm now posting here as it may be a little bit too much for sharing it on dA.

This is an image number 4 out of 8 that has been commissioned turning up the two reward images that started it into a sequence of total 10 images.

That is definitely something worth considering. Especially due to the fact that based on the UV mapping of the characters and the direction and location of the seams the seams for solid dolls are kind of much more texture friendly than seams for inflatable dolls where in some areas the way the UV maps are laid out really makes making good loking seams nearly impossible.

If you ever do try making the seams that's something I'd love to see! But even without them, your solid dolls look great :)

Right, the seams!... I knew I was forgetting something :) Which again is something I would have to make a texture set for first. Still happy to hear that you like the outcome =)

As a fan of solid doll transformations I have to say that these look great, and I hope that you don't stop them completely in the future. If you're concerned about them looking too much like real characters, you could always try adding seams to them, running around the side of the body like a real doll would have. Contrasting them with a real character in the same scene also helps highlight the difference.

Nobodyimportant

True. They look good but kinda just look like a normal person. Not really transformed at all. It’s the thought that counts I guess. Lol

Well... The thing is that the content I was donated were (among other things) two G8 based characters. And at the moment I still don't have the required texture maps to make a G8 based inflatable dolls as all my works in that category are still V4 based. That is why I opted for the solid doll image. Not sure if it was a good choice or whether to make more of such works in the future as solid dolls are kind of "too perfect" and pretty much looking like real characters with slightly more oily skin.

Don’t see the solid dolls very often
