It's an interesting choice design-wise (though it makes sense mythologically, given that both of them are scavenging predators) to use a hyena, mostly because ghouls are usually depicted as bony and thin, like a dried out corpse or a mummy, whereas hyenas are naturally more stocky and broad-featured. I think you hit the balance well with the stockier torso and upper/"inner" limbs, and them thinning out to the extremities. "Long and thin" fits the ghoul, and "stocky" fits the hyena. It's a different design from most ghouls, and I like it.
