一般的なAI画像生成において、以前までは「SD 1.5」というベースモデルが主流だったのですが、最近では「Pony」という新しいベースモデルが流行しているように見受けられます。

そして、私がAI画像生成を行う際、基本的に「SD 1.5」を使用しております。

そんな中、私は「Pony」を使用した画像生成の研究を続けた結果、ある程度は良い画像を作成できるようになったと思っております。

■「SD 1.5」のメリット

・長く使用されているベースモデルなので、対応キャラクターが多い

・生成時のクオリティが安定する

・使い慣れているので、生成が難しくない(私の場合)

■「SD 1.5」のデメリット

・手や指の描写が破綻しやすい

・複雑な構図の作成は難しい

■「Pony」のメリット

・「SD 1.5」と比べて、手や指の描写が破綻しづらい

・「SD 1.5」と比べて、複雑な構図の作成が実現しやすい

■「Pony」のデメリット

・歴史が浅いベースモデルなので、対応キャラクターが少ない(現在は対応キャラクターが、どんどん増加している)

・デフォルトだと、のっぺりとした画風になるので、クオリティを上げるためには工夫が必要になり、扱いが難しい

・「SD 1.5」と比べて、生成に時間がかかる

・「Pony」と相性が良いキャラクターでしか、良い画像が生成できない(私の場合)

上記は私の環境での事となりますが、それぞれにメリットとデメリットがありますので、難しいところであります。

私としましては、これから画像生成を行う際、「Pony」と相性が良いキャラクターであれば、積極的に「Pony」で作成してみたい気持ちがあります。

※「SD 1.5」と「Pony」の2種類のパターンで作成する等

そこで、皆様はどちらの画風がお好みかを把握したいので、アンケートを実施させて頂きます。

- The depiction of hands and fingers is easy to break

- It is difficult to create complex compositions

■ Advantages of "Pony"

- Compared to "SD 1.5", the depiction of hands and fingers is less likely to break

- Compared to "SD 1.5", it is easier to create complex compositions

■ Disadvantages of "Pony"

- It is a base model with a short history, so there are few compatible characters (currently the number of compatible characters is increasing rapidly)

- By default, the style of the image is flat, so ingenuity is required to improve the quality, making it difficult to handle

- It takes longer to generate than "SD 1.5"

- Good images can only be generated with characters that are compatible with "Pony" (in my case)

The above is based on my environment, but each has its advantages and disadvantages, so it is difficult to decide.

Personally, when I generate images from now on, if there is a character that goes well with "Pony", I would like to actively create it in "Pony".

*I will be creating two different patterns, "SD 1.5" and "Pony",

so I would like to know which style you all prefer, so I will be conducting a survey.
