Why Not the real thing instead of a spoof? well for starters, it helps the story to have some more freedom. if you change too much of a know character like Cap at the end it doesn´t feel right and if you are loyal, you limit yourself too much.
and 2: just in case,becuase you never know when the Mouse is lurking on the shadows! seriously though! who knows if disney might find out and sue you.
