I remember when I first saw this episode, I didn't realize it so I was totally surprised (and laughing so hard, oh man). Poor George. Dr. Bailey's anger at Cristina and Izzy for doing an unauthorized autopsy is so funny. That woman was FURIOUS. I really do love Bailey. She's a hardass but she's trying to teach them something. (Still, it was really funny when they showed her how big his heart was and she was all, "It's huuuuuuuge!") And now you know the big secret about McDreamy. *shakes head I was actually pretty mad at him for a little while. Because how long has he been with Meredith by this point, and he's never said anything about having been married or at the very least separated or something?! Derek... definitely not McDreamy now, you punk.

I can only imagine how challenging it must be to watch this kind of storyline, having such a personal connection with what it's like to go through that with a dear family member. It's painful to watch them try to remember their life as well as the people suffering around them. This series is gonna be a tough one for you i think in that aspect.
