Save Scumming has hit 5000 Followers! SWORD TIME!

Yeah! Okay, so... as promised previously, when Save Scumming is to hit 5,000 followers I'mma buy a sword.

Why a sword, you ask?

Because... it's cool?

Anyway! Let's make this more fun! Below are some swords I thought were cool, with a decent range of types and sorts, and I figured it'd be cool to put it to a poll! So, here are a few options, all within a... somewhat reasonable-ish price range (one day, I'll get an Albion)!

Del Tin Italian Infantry Sword

Pros: One of the best sword makers around, relatively affordable, probably on the upper end of quality. Simple but pretty.

Cons: No sheath.

Atrim Cutlass

Pros: Usable at home for chopping branches and such. Sheath!

Cons: Not the prettiest. Interesting, but not historical design.

LK Chen Town Guard Sword

Pros: Small swords are the best. Very pretty. Plain but usable sheath.

Cons: Ugly finish on the hilt furnishings, but that can be sanded off. Need to buy from the manufacturer directly, which is a very minor con

LK Chen Disc Guard Cutting Jian

Pros: A non-European option. Blue! Cool talking piece.

Cons: Need to buy from the manufacturer directly, which is a very minor con

Comments

The Jian is the only one with an aesthetically attractive sheath to go with an aesthetically attractive sword.

Revenant

While the Atrim Cutlass might not be the coolest sword in appearance, there is a certain something about a sword that is going to be in your hand, whacking at something, as opposed to living on the wall or at most on your hip, y'know?

That Jian has strong Chinese Sect Guard A energy

I’m inclined to the cutlass myself, because while all of these look cool, having one that you can actually use means you get to interact with it. I have a sword somewhere in my closet, and it only comes out for certain costumes, which has made it less fun to own.
