And just like that...this show is complete. It was comforting and sweet while it lasted, but I'm definitely excited to dive into a new story with you all soon.
I appreciate you all so much for giving me the space and support to take a brief break. I'm so excited to return to you in September with a refreshed energy (plus I have so many interesting movies on my list we are still yet to explore). Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

This episode may have been not quite on par with the shows best episodes but your reactions to it were fantastic! Genuinely some of my favorite all season. I’m sad this show is over and I’d be very happy if they do a spinoff of some kind, but if they end it here that’s ok too. It ended in a very nice place. And I can say this show only gets better with every rewatch. But if you find yourself looking for another sweet show like this (perhaps to recover from Natmare Season lol) then I want to echo everyone else and recommend The Good Place. I think you’ll like that one. But until then enjoy your vacation!

Maybe Leslie’s wife can be their director of futball operations. Keely could be manager but I like that she has teamed up with Barbara for the PR company. Other storylines - Rebecca’s new family. There would have to be a reason but I’d love to see Ted come back with his family. Somehow he & Michelle work things out and remarry. Henry going to school in the ZuK is an excellent opportunity for him and a great excuse to go back to the UK. Please please please react to other shows on Apple+ like Bad Sisters, Severance, Slow Horses & Shrinking. I hope you’re enjoying your break. Take care

2023-08-17 23:23:47 +0000 UTCSome tidbits Each season stared and ended on a set of eyes. Season 1 Rebecca, season 2 Nate, and season 3 Ted. Jamie’s hat changed from ICON to I, COG showing he’s grown. I believe the box is the one Nate used in season 1. Jamie puts extra money in, season 1 he put in gum. Keely trying to sneak a peek in the Locker room like she did in season 1. The been a month late is reference to Roy and Keeley’s hookup after his apology. Keeley’s hair clips at the end of the season show she‘s still single. When she and Roy were together she wore RKJ hairclips, but now just KJ. KJPR is now KBPR, she added Barbara as a partner. The Higgins’ are married in real life. The outfit Rebecca wears to say goodbye to Ted is the same one she was wearing when she met him. They named dropped Beard’s name in season 2, but hid it in a reference. The flight attendant who asked Ted if he wanted to go with beard was the same one who escorted Henry at the start of the season. There a couple of hints at the Dutchman’s boat that he was a pilot, a Dutch airline poster and plane model. The girl who played the Dutchman’s daughter was the little girl in Rebecca’s mirror during the International break episode when she got big for the meeting. PB & J’s last names are all floral references (the guys in the pub). Mae leveling a picture of Geronimo was a reference to Cheers. Sam’s dream comes true and he plays for the Nigerian National team. Roy hangs one of Phoebe’s boob drawing, with tape over it like Ted did to a poster of Keely in season 1. Jane is one of the writers. The same actresses who kiss Dany were the same ones in his bed when he had his nightmare.

2023-08-17 18:46:39 +0000 UTCI was in shock that Nat didn’t recognize the “ussie” callback. It was that characters’s (and that joke’s) third callback! The joke was introduced in the first episode on the flight. Then there was a callback when he asked for an ussie with Jamie at a barbershop after he showed Jamie a video of Ted complimenting him despite his being sent to another team. Then there was another callback when he wanted an ussie with Keely when Roy, Keely, and Phoebe barged into the dentist’s house to treat Phoebe’s bad breath. Agree with Nat- a very mild episode, almost like they were playing it safe.
