There's plenty of blame in Karen's past to go around. She was a reckless junkie hanging out with the wrong crowd, her brother took it too far with burning the RV, and her father should've just taken her advice and sold the diner. She didn't get locked up, but she has to live with what she did. This is the episode that internally made me cry. Father Lantom was one of the best characters of this show, and he was a guiding light for Matt growing up. He was also one of the realest characters along with Ben Urich.

Now if it happens, itโs expected and doesnโt catch by surprise. Why not tell her what happens in the invincible comics next?

2025-03-19 14:44:42 +0000 UTCin the comics, there is a scene where Bullseye kills Karen. and the scene is almost exactly like the scene in the show except there was no one who could have protected Karen. so she's been dead for 25+ years.
