Tekken 8: We've Got Some MK in Our TK! (Updated)
Added 2024-07-01 08:04:20 +0000 UTCGot to admit- I've been having a ton of fun playing around with Tekken 8's Character Customization, turning our Tekken Babes into cosplayers, playing as my favorite anime heroines. But admittedly, Rally Vincent was a bit of a deep dive- how about someone a bit more mainstream? And you can't get any more mainstream than Mortal Kombat.
We've got the formidable female fighter, the OG hottie of MK- Sonya Blade here, cosplayed by the lovely and lethal Nina (who seems to be enjoying doing all this dress-up). But this isn't just any Sonya Blade- certainly not the somewhat homey version in MK1, or from any of the past MK games. Nah, our inspiration for our Special Forces Beauty comes from a series of sexy pics on Twitter/X showing off a gorgeous, bikini Sonya (I've posted a pic here as reference). That's pretty much what I was going for here, and I think we accomplished it.
Of course we needed her to have a ponytail, and Nina's classic hair was perfect. To add the black headband was a bit tricky, as we couldn't use the head item (head items only go with the default P1 hair), so instead we used an accessory (Alice Headband). The rest of her outfit though are from mods, the tank top with fingerless gloves from Chewgly, the sexy thong from FINE. Last but not least, and a nice little detail- dogtags.
I think our Sonya looks amazing, and I can't wait to see her dish out the KOs. And I can't wait even more for her to take some herself. All in due time, but for now, enjoy the pics and stay tuned for the Kombat and KOs to come.
