As a certain Mad Titan once said, "Fine, I'll do it myself." Since the Tekken Devs saw fit to give us some other Final Fantasy hero dude for a Guest Character, its up to us to figure out how to bring Tifa Lockhart to Tekken 8.

Our Tifa is Classic Tifa, but with a mean streak. She's what happens when in the process of fighting beasts, she somewhat became one herself. So she's now a bit more ruthless, more nasty... but also, hotter than ever.

Tifa Lockhart (Classic) is a replacer mod and port of the Dissidia Final Fantasy model. Early on I considered having the mod done for Jun, but Jun's powers aren't really a fit for Tifa (she's actually more of an Aerith) and I don't see bartender and brawler Tifa as a nature lover who pets birds.

So I kind of liked the idea of a 'Dark' Tifa who has become jaded and bitter in her war with Shinra, so we ultimately went with Reina. I also considered fighting style, and I just feel Reina's style is the most fitting for the martial arts freedom fighter.

The mod replaces the Full Face Helmet item, the Diner Shirt (Upper Body) and the Checkered Miniskirt C & Shorts (Lower Body). For the Shoe slot, naturally I recommend equipping the Bare Feet so Tifa can show off her perfect toes and soles with our Tekken 8 Female Feet Overhaul. However, this mod actually includes her freakishly big, goofy boots (replaces Leo Leather Shoes), so you can have her in the complete outfit if you want (but why though...?).

This took a bit of work, but I think we ended up with the best Tifa mod for Tekken 8 so far, so I hope you all enjoy it. We're only getting started with our surprises and treats for this year, so stay tuned for more.
