"Satella" will still be killed by Elsa. If you notice, everything is repeating itself, Subaru is just taking different paths. But Felt and Old Man Rom dies the exact same way each time. Even if it wasn't Satella that helped his daughter, another broke person would have done it. (It wasn't Subaru)

Subaru has a moment of thinking about how she is still putting others before herself, like how he first declared she would "throw her life away". Even without Subaru there "Satella" still helped the lost girl find her mom. She also said herself when Subaru first brought her to the stall that she's broke.
