I think you've got it backwards, m8. Ougi just says that Araragi has it. Nadeko says "It was a story that I made up so I could look for the talisman in Koyomi's room - Kuchinawa's body." SPOILERS SPOILERS She's shown discovering it in Koyomimonogatari (Episode 8)

In the Otorimonogatari OP where it's played in reverse, she has her head down on the desk and isn't doing anything.

When we are done with Bake series are we going to get a bonus round in the form of Katanagatari? While it's setting is unrelated to mainline Bakemonogatari series it has a very similar vibe: it is based on another work of Nisio Ishin, has lots of witty dialogue and pretty unique (and awesome!) art style. 12 episodes, a complete story start to finish, highly recommend.
