I think he can make big things into smaller life forms, but can't make small things into life forms that are absurdly bigger than the initial object. It's definitely a fuzzy rule, but the fact that he never does basically a "little feat" to anyone makes me think there's SOME kind of limit.

I never considered the salt water part, seems like a much more "Araki solution".

2020-02-29 20:35:26 +0000 UTCI'm pretty sure the point of driving into the canal was that salt water freezes slower and needs a lower temperature to freeze than fresh water, and the Adriatic sea being one of the saltier ones Giorno probably thought it might slow Ghiaccio's ability a little. We'll see how it goes! :)
