Shigure pronounciation is like Shi Gu Re (re pronounced like ray). The e at the end sounds like an a sound. Similar to Sasuke, you don't say Sa su kee, it sounds like sa su kay.

I love his advice to Yukina because she's right, and if you have a brother, it's exactly the kind of advice you would get from them. 'Fuck em up'. I don't think you have it right about Hieis motivation though, it explains further the next episode.
