I totally get that, he was obsessed with people taking him serious and wanted to be powerful; like someone you don't mess with. Someone in the comments of the video mentioned how his father was raped in prison and was never the same after; I can see that being a huge influence on why he did what he did. I wish they left that information in the movie, because I think it humanized Bishop a lot more instead of just seeming like a guy who was insane.

He lives in a world where its all about reputation, and he desperately wants that reputation that he is not to be messed with, that he is a killer....only way to get that reputation is to do it, and he saw his opportunity
