Slave high 0.13

I've also added the option to genuinely enjoy Akame's pegging. It comes with new dialogue, as well as 4 new pictures. This should be the last bugfix for slave high, so I'm going to get started on the nice route update 3 of second class. I've used the last week to decompress after the crunch that was getting the first build of slave high out. Now I feel refreshed and ready to dive back in.
I want to give a quick shout out to RavenLeaf. He has been an enormous help with proof-reading both games. He's been a supporter since I released the very first build of second class, and I genuinely don't know where this project would be without his help and support.
