Update to Tiers!

Hello everyone! I am discontinuing the $200 Rainbow Bomb Tier and having the 404 Error Tier as my highest. But, I am switching around the NAMES, so 404 Error is going to become Rainbow Bombs ($100)
I will also be increasing the amount to how many people can join the tier from 6 to 15 people.

Rewards for this tier are as follows:
- 3 RF's a month (10-20 min each)
- 2 Fully Designed Audios (If we hit 3k per month, I will be able to increase this to 3)
- 30 min hang out with me per month
