Hey everyone! 

So wow, I am turning 24 soon and I swear I still feel like I'm fresh out of college. I cant believe that in that time I have gotten so far with Jamie and made a connection with you all! 

I couldn't ask for a more ideal situation and I thank you all! Because of your help, my timeline for the hiatus is moving smoothly and we've even gotten to a point where I can more or less pay my rent and worry less about working part time at the theater as much! So again, thank you!

Lets move onto updates!

 AIDEN AND JAMIE CHARMS

RETOUCHED PATRON TIERS

I removed the $3 and $8 tier - both just weren't benefiting anyone and I feel it did more harm than good.

All patrons, $1+ get access to concept art and progress work (not related to the new pages of Jamie, sorry!)

$5+ patrons get early access to anything comic related, they get to see the thumbnails, sketches, and final versions of every page as I work on them and by the end of the hiatus will (if all goes as planned) be treated with ..practically a whole new comic (Jamie revamped) PLUS two chapters continuing from where the hiatus left off!

If you haven't considered becoming a $5 patron yet, consider the fact that it would only cost you $25 TOTAL to support at that tier for the 5 months I plan on being on hiatus.

NEW COMMISSION TIERS ADDED 

I received a few requests for higher tiers with bigger and better rewards in the past and I couldn't really dedicate the time to them but time passes and situations change. While in the future I'd love to make them monthly merch tiers, right now they're also commission tiers, where you can order a full illustration and have it printed and sent to your home. They're not for everyone but I know it might appeal to some folks here and there.

$45 tier offers colored commission or a double line art commission 

$80 tier offers a full colored illustration with background of one character

$120 tier offers a full colored illustration with background of two characters 

REVAMPED JAMIE CHAPTERS "1-9"

Tami and I have condensed what we had originally to about 5 chapters. The pacing is also a LOT better and the plot is SOLID - characters motives are a lot more clear and the story has less holes. I have a few more conversations to script but I am in the process of doing thumbnails of the wedding (21 pages).
To put it in perspective, the wedding originally took up about double that - so, yeah pacing... is a lot better. 

My goal is to have them shared for $5 patrons and individual pages started and as close to being finished by the end of July. I also want to complete a revamped banner and comic icon to pair with it. So I'll do my very best! 

Remember for $5+ patrons, I'll be posting updates as they're completed on our private blog and in patron only channels on discord.

After this is all done and the new pages are done being updated for $5 patrons and I return from hiatus, all the old pages will be replaced at once on smackjeeves and tapas, followed by weekly updates of new pages (the continuation of the story) as normal.

I think I may create a .pdf of the old version for nostalgic purposes, but idk really how or if I'll want to release it like that onto the internet.

REDBUBBLE STORE

So I don't actively advertise for the store because its not ideal at all to have to sell my merch through a middle man but I did add a few things there that you might like! I would def recommend the photographic prints, they're so nice! I hope to be adding the pastel prints of the cast there too -  https://goo.gl/dKbVkU 

For now, I believe that's it. OH! I was reached out by Tapas again for the T-shirt program but since I'm still not too sure how I want to trust them with financial deals in the future, I'm still on the fence, so Ill make sure to update you guys if the plans change. For now I really want to focus on the main reason we're here and that's the comic itself.
