Update on Video Does Not Exist Error

Quite a few of the videos that I downloaded from Vimeo and transferred to streamable were corrupted somehow, meaning the video will play for around 19-24 minutes and then it cuts off. For whatever reason the video goes black after a certain point and audio repeats itself from random points in the video until it reaches the "normal" original runtime when I try and open them in editing software. I don't know how this happened, and this is Vimeo's fault, but I will also accept some of the blame because I failed to keep the original files as backups, I have since changed that practice of course, but I wanted to keep you all in the loop for issues you may run into. This is a huge pain because obviously a portion of our catalog is now only watchable up to a certain point. My apologies for this and I'm trying to find a solution to get the original files from vimeo somehow. Thank you for the support and patience.

I'll try my best but it sucks because now that I'm going back, A LOT of reactions have that issue. And I didn't notice it sooner until people were saying the reactions were cutting off early. Had I noticed this a couple months ago then this would've been possibly resolved...

Y'all always release quality content so I don't think anyone would blame you if a mistake happens and you have to take a moment to fix it.π
