My instructor would make us do them back and forth, standing up facing the other direction and then rolling back the other direction going back and forth until we couldn't stand. Then we'd do the rolls to land flat like they did there in the anime, he'd let new students just roll like they did and lay flat, but he and the rest of us would jump and flip in the air and land flat on our sides. Shit hurt if you goofed up your landing. Well, it hurt either way, it just could hurt worse.

That said, this was a really good episode and I feel like some more walls came down between them. Even the redhead is on board with them being together now.
