So last night I went to my friends to watch some anime together in a small group of about 4 of us. Usually it's held on New Years, but with some freezing rains on the highways and some wrecks (not to mention it beings New Years and all), we decided to hold it yesterday. The variety of shows we checked out were smaller than usual in our get togethers. Lot of times we watch a variety of stuff we've seen and the others haven't, or just whatever in general. For instance, none of us watched Kabeneri of the Iron Fortress, so we watched it and basically made fun of it the entire time, easily predicting stuff and finding all the Attack on Titan comparisons. It was fun.

Then after that we jumped onto Devilman Crybaby since that had just came out.

And proceeded to watch all 10 episodes.

HO-LY SHIT!

FUCKING WATCH THAT.

Fucking killer animation, awesome violence and sex stuff that I feel like were lifted from the OVA era of the 80s, great English voice acting, and of course a superb story. If you have Netflix, watch it. If you don't, find someone who does and watch it. Seriously. And PLEASE, PLEASE watch it on Netflix. Fucking give them the numbers so they'll pay for more killer series like it. If it wasn't for Netflix taking the risk, this wouldn't have been made.
