Daniele in Cucina 4: Risotto Giallo con Porcini

This is one of the most classic dishes from my hometown, and is also a family classic. I have eaten it cooked by my mother, my grandmother, and my father. It's a saffron risotto with porcini mushrooms (the porcini are optional, but they definitely add something). This is the dish that possibly more than any other reminds me of home, of how I grew up, of my family.
