CHANGES TO THE TOONPOWER ACCOUNT/PATREON

There are a couple of changes that will be gradually introduced over the next month to my Patreon/art.

THE FIRST MAJOR CHANGE that will go into effect immediately is regarding the $`10+ pateron tier.  Normally I would host a private Picarto stream for $10+ members where they could request their sketches be drawn live on stream.  

HOWEVER several problems became apparent with this current system.  First people were not always able to make the streams, forcing me sometimes to host multiple streams in order make sure I gave everyone a chance.  However even then some people were not able to make the streams (or chose not to)  in order to better serve my generous dontaors, I've developed a new system that will ensure everyone get's their drawings.

CHANGES TO THE $10+ TIER - From this point forward I'll be using a form submission system.   On the 5th of every month, I'll post a form for $10+ members here on Patreon, that they can fill out with their sketch request.  I will then draw the sketches on my own time for that month in no particular order, there will no longer be private streams the commissioner is required to attend. However I WILL still at least once a month host a PUBLIC stream where I'll draw the sketch requests for those to see (unless the Patron prefers to not have their submission on stream for any reason)  In addition there will be one more major change...

PATREON/COMMISSION PRICES ARE GOING TO RISE - All my commission rates are going to increase by roughly $5-10 each.  This is to continue to help me focus on creating more content for you folks that you want to see from me (such as comics which quite a few of you have been asking for) as such the $10+ patreon tier is going to rise to $20 STARTING IN APRIL.  I'm aware this change may come off as sudden, so for March THE $10 SKETCH COMMISSION RATE WILL REMAIN THE SAME!  This will give everyone a chance to try out the new submission system as well.
