2022-04-09 16:23:21 +0000 UTCI hate to say it but Lucas really did a number on a lot of great women lmao....Lindsey and then Brooke i think it's easy to overlook how much of her relationship problems truly have to do with Lucas- It's her first great love and she felt betrayed by him not once but in two different instances and then it was never the same again for her because she utterly refuses to let herself be vulnerable; especially around getting a meaningful relationship because of the way she got burned.....And also even if it's water under the bridge I kind of slightly shrug when Peyton comes in all happy about how she's getting engaged to Lucas in front of Brooke, aye yes it's her friend and sure it's supposed to be in the past but this kind of stuff, while Brooke is feeling the way she is feeling is like pooring salt on a wound that has yet to close up completely lol I hardly see how one is happy if you look back at the way Lucas got with Peyton in the first place...The way you get them is the way you lose 'em which is why I can't ever really truly back up Leyton because of the way they started out, but mainly because Lucas has made a lot of mistakes...
