2024-01-26 23:32:02 +0000 UTCWhen I watched Ep 1 Ep6 just aired. I started watching it because 02 was super popular and people posted pictures and gifs everywhere and I loved her design. And man... I loved the first 6 Episodes... so much so that for the Next 7 days until Ep7 came out I rewatched Ep 1 to 6 each and everyday. Even though during that Time I had a shit load of work, where I worked everyday for like 10-12 hours. So I go home, take a shower, eat and just rewatch it and basically go to bed. But I mean, like you said, the Art is amazing, so far in Ep 1 it's very interesting and mysterous, like the whole premiss and the saying with the Bird and how over the episodes it leads back to it over and over. And my GOD the OST is just so good, I love the OST. Definitely watch the Opening asap. I LOVE that opening, probably one of my all time favorite opening. And I would say it doesn't really spoil anything. Few thing to clear stuff up. They used a lot of words and for the most part you can figure out how these words are used. So Parasites is basically the term for the Pilot of a Franxx. Stamen is the term for the Male Pilot. Pistil is the term for the Female Pilot. And when 02 said "Ah, found one" what she was referring to was the Water where she swam. She saw it from all the way up in the sky in the Airship. Since she wanted to Swim, while others said "can't you take a shower?". When I watched it the first time I was confused what she meant.

American bathtub quality is mid af or less compared to Japan. My late grandma's home in Japan has a nice DEEP tub, I'm looking forward to soaking in it again.
