luffys devil fruit doesn't work like read richards(fantastic four), he is basically a giant rubberband meaning flung the wrong way or too hard then he is destroying alot of stuffs or could end up in the water since he close to the water, if u say travel through the forest then he is getting lost, he can swing like spidermen/chimpanzee but the trees aren't high enough

I believe he was trying to imitate Shanks, just like when the mountain bandits showed up and poured drinks on him. He just laughed it off, so I think Luffy is just trying to copy his idol. But once someone they care about gets hurt, they haul off and knock them right out

His race is Human (if you'd actually see him side-by-side comparison w/ Giants, he's only somewhere between Giants & Humans in height, like maybe at most 2/4 to 2/3 Giant height) Also WTF are you watching if you don't even see the footage itself???
