She did encourage it, she knows that she will be gone before long and wanted to make sure that Kiritsugu had someone to help him through everything when she does eventually become the Grail and pass on

2024-08-14 17:32:45 +0000 UTCKirei's weapon doesn't have a blade part, the blade part is actually generate by mana, so he got a lot of 'sword hilts' under his clothes. Kiritsugu's first bullet is just a normal one with high power, and the second one doesn't hit Kayneth. Kayneth try to defend it using his magic circuit, and that's all it needs for the bullet to work.

2023-04-23 14:20:57 +0000 UTCSo something that isnt fully explained in the series is that Iris does know that Kiritsugu and Miya are romantically involved, in fact shes the one who suggested Kiritsugu explore that relationship. I cant say anymore without spoilers so you'll just have to keep watching but Iris does know and is very supportive of the relationship those two have because she knows that its something that helps Kiritsugu and she knows that no matter what he will always love her
