CP9 isn’t in the marines, they work directly under the world government. So it would probably be the same difference as army/navy and FBI/CIA type thing. Both work for the same entity, but they are not the same

They're not even from the same area of Japan plus look up their birthdays, thay can't be siblings unfortunately^^ It could have been cool though...

The first time i ever saw anything One Piece related was when i saw my sister watching it, like 12 years ago, and it was at the point where Franky goes "I'M INVINCIBLE!". I was really confused about that one for a while until i caught up from the start.
