Haven’t watched your reaction of episode 15 and 16 but just in case you haven’t got your answer, they have never confirmed how long she stayed in the past. Some speculated that she stayed for 14/15 years because she didn’t have the watch on her last time travel. Plus given her friendship with Tae Seong, she had to stay long enough to maintain that friendship without letting young Sol to have a crush on him lol. Some said that she only stayed for a limited time because of what she said on episode 13 that a few seasons have gone by since she “came back”.
