Creeps, Ch. 07

This is a repeat post to many of you (anyone pledging $5+, particularly if you were around when this chapter was first published), but I wanted to share this chapter with y'all. As many of you probably know, the EMCSA has recently revised their policy on sexual content with characters under 18. I support that, and whether I do or not, it's happening. For my money, the last thing in the world I'd want is to see the site go down and Simon or Daphne get in legal trouble for hosting it.

Anyway, the one piece in the Ice Bear catalog that I'm aware of which explicitly features underage sexual scenarios is, by sheer coincidence, the very next piece I meant to upload to the site. I didn't want to pull the story (which I know people hated when I've done before), and I didn't want to leave it unfinished (as I know we all have a few tragedies of that sort close to our hearts). As a compromise, I wrote a synopsis of Chapter 7 devoid of any sexual content. Assuming Simon doesn't reject it, what people browsing the emcsa will get for chapter 7 is a dry, ugly, blah-blah conveying crucial plot information. Like if I rewrote a previous chapter as "Martin teaches Stacey a new mantra to reinforce her trust and arousal. During this session she consents to heavy petting for the first time." So, like, awful.

Chapter 07 was honestly never meant to be sexy (and I think most folks who read it on first release agreed the tragedy tramples any pretense of sexual gratification pretty handily). It does, however, check the boxes for "sexual goings-on" and "under 17," and is set in the middle of an erotic tale that contains all sorts of deliberate sexiness. Point is, while I don't think it violates the new policy, I don't get to decide, and I don't want to "support" that policy by immediately pleading for an exception.

Anyway, I stand by this chapter. As someone who routinely says "yeah, I think this one kinda sucks, folks," I'm saying, "this one is fucking good, folks." This chapter is the big background of what the hell Kira and Stacey hate each other for, and why Stacey wandered into the employees only area of a coffee shop to ask a creepy stage hypnotist if he could make someone fuck someone they would never, ever fuck. And then he does.
