But I kid! I love this story, and it's great. Wasn't expecting such a heavy focus on Ramona's Totally Coerced *Wink* Subjugation, but god help me if it isn't maybe the hottest thing imaginable. Unlike Spencer's inability to even fantasize about an uneven power dynamic, I will pretty much always lap up a story where a powerful woman has her mind altered to a degree that she's begging for a chance to better sexually serve her employee. I got no problem with that fantasy in my brain! The overall design of this chapter, in clearing the runway for Spencer to maybe fly solo in this bizarre investigation, was... I liked it okay? I'm never super invested in the mechanics and puzzles for a story like this -- completely fine to have a dozen Chapter 9s without caring much if a vital clue has been missed -- so the best I can say is that I appreciated the detail in Spencer's snooping, and how he put the pieces together. It wasn't some highlight for me, but Ramona's acrobatic assistance was plenty distracting from the investigative whatnot. Anyway, this was super hot! I can't believe the pace you've maintained on such high quality work at this time of year! Are... are you Santa Claus? 'Cause I don't have many other theories!
