This is interesting! I like most of the characters we've met so far, except for the girl who's trying to be first place for everything. People like her have always rubbed me the wrong way. I like Um Jae the most so far, he seems like a hard-working, honest, nice guy. I'm glad the second year resident ended up liking him and adding his name to her contact list. I'm not sure how I feel about Yi-Young yet, time will tell if I end up vibing with her or not. Great reaction!

Hospital Playlist (and all Reply series) is directed by Shin Won-ho and written by Lee Woo-Jeong, and they are listed as executive producers for Resident Playbook. The OG is the GOAT.

It’s really really good. There is a lot of different aspects to this and Hospital playlist, for one, this one only focus on the residents and specifically residents of the OBGYN department. While Hospital playlist focuses on Doctors in different fields.
