Oh she has the Pedigree, it just comes down to Royalty and Nobility. Most Royals would have First Borns marry other Royals. While Nobles, like Dukes and Counts, were expected to marry each other for alliances, like a Crown Prince of a nation would marry a Crown Princess of a different nation
