naengmyun is delish on a hot day, cuz its a cold noodle. gotta put a good amt of vinegar they provide, some like hot mustard (not american mustard) as well. And really delicious if you eat it with bulgogi or galbi (korean bbq meats). and you might like the spicy one. you can order bibimmen on amazon which is like the instant version u can make at home. its a noodle where you drain the water, so theres no soup. its spicy sweet, similar to like tteokbokki sauce. and you can make it hot or cold version.

It’s part of Korean hospitality culture. So when a regular customer keeps saying the owner is stingy for not giving them free dumplings, that’s what they mean!
