I've had a couple people now ask about paying extra to upgrade a reward, and I say that minor upgrades are ok! You would just need to pay the difference.
Although anything bigger than a step up above the current reward would have to use up a commission slot, so you would have to let me know well in advance if youre looking for something like that! (meaning shading style or how much of the character is visible!)
