Let’s Spice Things Up! 🍳🔥

Social media isn’t exactly a fan of the words sex, penis, vagina, or anything remotely fun, so they slap on the ol’ shadowban faster than you can say “spicy content.”

Over the holidays, I decided to get a little creative—because why not turn your kitchen into a steamy opportunity for connection?

Enter: sexual simmering—an activity to keep your sexual appetite on a slow burn, hungry for more. 🥵 Think of it as foreplay… but with food. Here’s a playful way to add some sexy banter and improv to your cooking routine. It’s flirty, fun, and bound to get your salivary glands—and maybe a few other glands—working overtime. 😏

What do YOU do to make intimacy fun and playful? How do you keep the connection alive when life gets busy? Share your ideas, tips, or even the quirky rituals you and your partner(s) love.

Let's inspire each other to keep the flame burning! ❤️‍🔥

(P.S. Bonus points for the cheekiest or most creative answers. 😉)

Mon Dieu! Beautiful, a real brain, a killer sense of humor, and now we see that you can cook? Do you have any 57 year old sisters? NOT asking for a friend.

Steve

Yay!!!

Dr. G & community, All the topics discussed on this platform has made me comfortable enough to put my face on here. Thank You all for your open topic discussions and willingness to share a bit of yourselves. This video is hilarious and steamy, I bust a gut just like you did at the end Dr. G. I always say wetter is better and more than a mouthful is a waste! Have a great night everyone! Thanks, that was just what the doctor ordered G., Rex PS-still learning how to navigate social sites

So fun!

Throughout the years working with men of all ages, I recognized that no lube is common during masturbation. I wonder if that has to do with mainstream messaging around lube—it's just for women (that and vibrators). Lube is another sexual resource to tap into. For some, it can be hot for others it's to much wetness and less is better. 😉

susie@drsusieg.com

The written word is powerful. Those notes hold there value. Pen is miterer than the sword ;)

Robert C.

Yes, my wife also likes to use play on words and code words and even jokes that aren’t true ;)

Robert C.

Niccceee, hot. Ok I’m at work. ;) gotta get back focused. Thank you!

Robert C.

In my begging and early years I never even used lube or lotion during self play. I guess I wasn’t instructed early on. Also thought it could of been a dead five away being a pre teen/ teenager with the bottle next to the bed. First few times I can remember I had swelling on the shaft😅. Now I always used lube or coconut oil. I hear not training with lube can affect when you are live with your partner and it is wet. That can cause overstimulation so it’s good to make it wet and slipper during self play. ;)

Robert C.

Lube is an undervalued sex resource in my opinion! What is your fav?

susie@drsusieg.com

🤣 Yes, need to be careful with the hot oil!

susie@drsusieg.com

I have cooled fully nude or my wife loves the look with just a T-shirt so my friend hangs out for a view! Xoxo spicy cooking. Be careful for the splatter ;)

Robert C.

haha, nice!

susie@drsusieg.com

Hahaha your assessment is true - sometimes there is too much sizzle, we've got to call out the firehouse lol

Raymond G. Cornell

I used to not be into the mess so much. But now I am. I've also come to value lube as a way to intensify self-play. I have experienced numbness over time on the shaft. Lube has helped me slowly feel more sensations in the area. It's been a journey and looking forward to more. Also if I had a squirting partner that would make an even more fun mess!

Marco

True! I believe there's a term for that--wet and messy play (also considered a fetish).

susie@drsusieg.com

Nothing wrong with "too much" wetness to make a big mess.

Marco

Lol this was hilarious, I loved it 😂 still hot

Chris

Safety first. 😉

susie@drsusieg.com

💯💯💯

susie@drsusieg.com

And just talking about sex like we do about food…yummy, moist, salty, sweet, delicious…all the same adjectives can apply to both!!!

Chuck Elledge

Well, I love playing (carefully) with kitchen utensils!! 🥰

Chuck Elledge

That's wonderful, Brandon. These are the ingredients that keep relationships strong and thriving. Woohoo!

susie@drsusieg.com

Yes, but not cheeky erotica. When she puts her mind to it, she does amazing. I saved the few she's written and revisit them from time to time. I benefit from her creativity often. She says she was very naive before we got together. We continue to grow with one another after all these years.

Brandon Freitas

Yes, life can get heavy and mundane at times so it's nice to have some fun -- with words or sci-fi! Sci-fi can make for some very interesting role play. 👽 P.S. Has your wife ever written some erotica for you two?

susie@drsusieg.com

"Shakes and bakes her steaks", hahaha. Sounds like brunch and dinner are sizzlin' at your place!

susie@drsusieg.com

LoL tossing salad with dressing wetness is hilariously awesome! - thank you for the much needed smile Sometimes when my partner is in the kitchen I don't mind if she butters my biscuits while I try her moist cupcakes, as she shakes and bakes her "steaks" with sauce prep and serve by me! and for the Coup d'état we raise the heat by saute sausages and eggs,.let them simmer over a slow heat until ready for juicy flavors to explode all over the eggs lol All in all kitchen chatter can be fun especially around dinner/ brunch time lol

Raymond G. Cornell

My wife and I aren't that cheeky, but we use words (she is a writer) to liven up the mood and our environment. I'll think of some phrases as they come to me, but words in the moment sometimes even when people are around like queues and keywords: backdoor, frontdoor, cheeks, sausage, oil, probe, and some others. We watch SciFi so use that sometimes as well. Fun topic, but we are not experts!
