Hey there, lovely humans!
Let’s take a moment to show some love to your pelvis. This gentle stretch is a game-changer for loosening up tight hip rotators, easing tension in your torso and lower back, and giving those pelvic nerves some sweet mobility. Ready to give it a try?
How to Do It:
1. Lie down on your back and get cozy.
2. Pull one knee towards your chest.
3. Use your opposite hand to gently guide your knee across your body, placing the hand on the outside of your knee.
4. Extend your other arm out to the side, keeping it at shoulder height.
5. For an extra stretch, turn your head to look at your extended arm.
6. Take 5-10 deep breaths, letting your body sink into the stretch.
7. Switch sides and repeat.
🐌 Take it slow, listen to your body, and let this stretch become your go-to for a quick reset.
🤖 Instead of sticking to the floor, let’s play a little game: how else could you explore or adapt this movement? Could you try it seated in a chair, standing against a wall, or even propped up on your bed? How might these variations feel different for your body? Let’s get creative and share your explorations below!
