A love letter—a passionate exploration of love, sex, and intimate moments

To everyone who shared their most intimate experiences for the Love Letter—thank you. I know it takes courage to open up about love, sex, and deep connection, and I’m honored you trusted this space to hold your stories.

For many, reflecting and writing about these moments was therapeutic. In a world where men often hesitate to share such vulnerability, your honesty is powerful. Your voices are reshaping the conversation around intimacy, and that’s something truly amazing.

This community is proof that openness is strength. Happy Valentine's Day! ❤️

Welcome, DVM! And thanks for sharing your journey with us! Sounds like you’ve been through a lot, and I’m glad you found a urologist who helped navigate your BPH and bladder concerns. It’s positive to hear that the info I share has been helpful to you—my goal is always to keep things educational, open, and judgment-free! ED and overall health are definitely connected, looking forward to having you join us for some livestream chats to continue the conversation!

Hello - I have just joined here but learned about Dr Susie in preparation for an Urolift procedure to help resolve a case of BPH and to ease/eliminate bladder and kidney stones. I was fortunate enough to have found my urologist who was literally assigned to my case after being hospitalized for three bad blood infections as a result of inverse psoriasis (that is a conversation unto itself for another time) - he was able to determine that I did have BPH and needed to open a larger path in the least destructive way to allow for better urine flow hence the Urolift procedure. I had a second procedure to help alleviate what was referred to as a sagging bladder neck and I should be good to go for some time!!! Dr Susie has been very kind and helpful in explaining the anatomy, conditions and symptoms in a very nonjudgmental and educational fashion and I greatly appreciate all the wonderful work she has done!!! In addition to all of this I also have been suffering from ED off and on for some time and wondered how that fit in or affected the rest of my overall health. I am looking forward to learning more about the male pelvic floor, the prostate and even a better understanding of what good and healthy sexual health looks like in an upstanding and adult fashion. Thanks!!

Yea it’s been great! The “Trusted” space. My wife and I had a discussion about my Patreon/ Discord action the other night. At first she was a bit jealous and curious etc. Then was making some funny harmless jokes to me about it like hey guys here’s a pic of my Cock & ring sorry about the angle My wife held it with one hand while taking the photo or hey what type of Pelvis floor are you working with? I’m choosing lanolium, what do you think about hardwood vrs carpet? Anyways we had a discussshh and she acknowledged at first yeah she was Jelly about it but realizes if I’m not doing anything illegal and that she knows I’m a pervv and this is a safe place for me to have an outlet and I also informed her about my relationship to others about pain etc and how I’m finding my issues may not be as bad or severe but doesn’t mean it makes my issues not valid. She agreed that my findings are helpful etc. so yeah thanks to you and everyone!

Thank you for the letter and allowing us to share our experiences and perspectives. All to often we have things that we would like to share but don't have a "trusted" space to do so. Your Patreon and Discord channels provide trusted spaces. For one, I certainly appreciate having the outlet to express and explore my sexuality. I am just always concerned about being appreciate in doing so. And, as RJ S said, you brighten my Valentine's Day...which is often just overly commericalized.
