yes. Go with that thought about the future massage video please

Sounds like you're doing what you can to mitigate risk factors for yourself and others, Robert. Keep doing what you're doing. ❤️ P.S. I forgot to mention a BIG factors in the video, smoking!!!!

I hear you, Robert! I have the same challenge with my husband who is Eastern European. He is a car mechanic and I use the same analogy that you just shared—if you take care of your body like you care for your cars you're giving yourself the best opportunity to stay healthy for longer (of course, we can do all the "right" things and still fall ill but at least we are giving ourself chance!). That said, all we can do is be supportive, loving, and compassionate despite their decisions. It's harder said than done. 😉 And yes, re: PCP—they're helpful for general medical things but most likely will refer out if out of their wheel house.

haha thanks for the feedback! I wear a mic on my shirt and forget it's there sometimes—I'll try to be more mindful of this in the future. 😘

About your Father in-law not going to Doc unless dieing. I can relate. My wife is Eastern European and not US born. She just was telling me she wants to get blood work to get check. She does not go to Doc at all. Hasn’t been since 6 weeks after giving birth to our son. He will be 2 in Early March. Her Father passed when she was 17 from Heart condition. Says maybe if he went to Doc more he could be alive. One doesn’t know. I go a lot and she jokes to me or gets jealous but I say I work on my body same as I work on trucks. I need maintenance too. Ok balance and have to take care being a family man now and relive her as I say Poppa day care. But dam be in the habit to go to Doc please. That being said PCP now a days are a joke. If my balls hurt it’s probably a waist of time for me to got to PCP for them To say want to go to Urologist? If I know they going to send me there anyways and don’t need referral I just go straight to Specialist. But ok I’ll chill out. Still should go to PCP at least once a year. Xoxo love you all. Have a good Sunday!!!!

Side note: I like how you do the audio/video sound checks. Incase no one has ever mentioned this to you your sound effects are very intense or I can pick up on. What I mean is when you are swallowing (no pun intended haha) saliva or your tea drink (love that mug by the way) I can pick up on all those swallowing noises of the drink etc. Not sure if you neeed to do anything with that but just something I’ve noticed.

I have to worry about Silicosis and carcinogens. Mechanic in the concrete industry. My father passed from fibrosis-of the lungs from being exposed to Concrete dust& aggregate (sand) dust. He was not a smoker. Me I am a heavy equipment/diesel mechanic. I’m young but already have been doing this professionally for 19 years. I wear gloves religiously but the vapors may get me. I use on-chlorinated brake clean which doesn’t have the CFCs which are extremely harmful to the environment/atmosphere and your body but still I know it can’t be good. I’m breathing fumes in all day. Biggest thing is those solvents, chemicals and oils. I don’t let them touch my bare skin. I’d have to thank my wife as she didn’t want me to touch her with grubby hands. Now if you seen my hands you may not even think I’m a Tech. I hope I am not already F’d for cancer. I like your part about doing what we can in our control to help reduce. Diet and exercise. You know most of those sites like cancer society do t tell you how to prevent getting they just tell or inform you on helping with symptoms once you get cancer. Cancer in my opinion is a money maker for BIG MEDICAL. That’s my rant Great video. Liked it a lot

😅. I have to say for whatever reason I think this is one of your best videos in terms of what’s being discussed. A lot to reply and unpack. 1.) I always found it interesting when medical professionals say “Digital rectal exam”,, and that’s with a finger manually. I hear digital I’m thinking something electronic. 2.) I had a prostate exam in my early 20’s when my Primary care was ruling things out for pain (best PCP ever). She Was just so matter of fact. You want one? Yes sure. Ok bend over. Her fingers wasn’t that gentle and I think I was like ahhhhh. She like did that hurt and I’m like no. After that she always asked me if I ever had sex with another male even once. (I digress). She gave me tissues to clean up after and I remember thinking is this for my butt or do I use on my penis? Did she think I came?….anyways? She always joked years later with those lights you use to look in the eyes and said this is for light not for view. When examining me. Haha. 3) I had a colonoscopy maybe 5 years ago? The Gastro doc (least fav.) wanted to do an endoscopy and I said no. This was done I had bleeding rectal. Was from a fissure which I was referred to surgeon male who was Theee best Male Doc. Up there with my first And only male Urologist referred to me by my Grandma an RN…. Anyways I had mentioned and advocated that me using IBUPROFEN chronically could give a false representation to her finding of Mild/chronic colidus. Then my Dad telling me his wife was scheduled for one and I said yeah I just had a colonoscopy. Him in his 60’s never had one. Wonder if he even had a prostate check. 4) I former co-worker in his mid 50’s had colon cancer and recovered. Way he found out was his daughter said Dad you 50…. Now and I want you to get checked. Then he did and was loaded with cancer. 5) lastly my Urologist currently never did Rectal or prostate check with finger. I know they don’t perform and test in office for that. Only former docs have done that or if I had a hemorrhoid they just check rectum. Anyways I see your point about now the urology society says we can miss something and now they just do scans etc. I think can that just be away for them to get out of doing it? What’s the big deal? Your in the office the doc asks can I perform this and then we still send you off? Ok but no now they don’t. What is happening. I am a mechanic (which I am worried about carcinogens) I always perform the most basic tests first before jumping to the most involved.

hahaha I'm not sure but maybe you're on to something? But then again why does there even have to be an "error" related to sexual things—maybe just experiences?

It usually takes me about two hours to read and reply to comments on both Patreon and Discord. Creating videos can take anywhere from a few hours to several, depending on the research needed for specific topics—not including the actual filming day. 🤪 I script my own videos, and I have a videographer who helps with filming, production, and editing. Creating and scheduling additional Patreon posts takes anywhere from 6–8 hours or more per month. One thing I’ve discovered is that I really enjoy Patreon—I’m having just as much fun here as you all are, so it doesn’t feel like work at all! I truly feel equally supported and loved, and if I can help create even one positive change in someone’s life, it’s all worth it for me! ❤️

I am curious as to how many hours you put into your social media sites. It has to be extremely time consuming.

I did lose my connection for the last ten minutes so it is great that it is recorded. If I understand why my cell carrier has a grudge against me it would be great. But, maybe it is user error. Is "user error" a phrase that applies to certain things sexual???? Have a great weekend.
