Hi David, There is much overlap in the pelvic area and while you won't directly be able to stimulate the prostate other than internally, there are many nerves and tissues externally that communicate with the prostate for equally pleasurable sensations. Side note, I'll be trying out my first Barre class with a friend in a few weeks. I'll let you know how it goes!

I am curious about the prostate massage as well. I had a Urolift procedure some time ago to help with BPH/bladder/kidney stones that worked really well. My urologist choose it because it is one of the least invasive/destructive procedures and saves healthy tissue plus for my particular case it was just what we needed - I also have inverse psoriasis which means areas where my skin touch each other have issues (between fingers - ears - under arm pits - and unfortunately anal areas) - I used to have anal fissures where the skin actually cracks open and those were very painful until my dermatologist got me on a biologic product that you see advertised heavily on TV - it works really well but my rear end (specifically the anus) is still sore at times - regular bowel movements are frightening enough for how sore it can get and the idea of putting anything up my rear end just grosses me out and with the potential risk of fissures makes it an absolute NO GO!!! I am wondering if there is a way to externally stimulate the prostate and feel what a P-spot orgasm feels like - I have also read that if you ejaculate on a regular basis, you lower your risk for prostate cancer because you are releasing fluids and helping to relieve inflammation - I will say though that I have explored other areas of the body and have found my nipples to be very sensitive and really adding pleasure to the whole experience....sorry to be so descriptive here but the psoriasis has been quite difficult to deal with and actually put me in the hospital several years ago indirectly causing three bad blood infections that could have turned in to sepsis .....NOT going to go through that again!!!! The silver lining to all of that though was that I have gotten into the best shape of my life by way of weightlifting/cardio/Pilates, barre and ballet!!! I had NO idea barre and ballet would be as challenging as they have been for it has been truly incredible!!!! In fact, I just celebrated my 500th Pure Barre class about a week ago!!! Truly incredible and amazing stuff!!! Sorry for the long post but these issues have been quite challenging for me and taken me some time to figure out and recover from and it is nice there is a place to share that with someone....... Thanks!!!!

I have a prostate massager that, when inserted, it touches my prostate. It vibrates and moves like a finger would.

It's been awhile since I've gone solo because of groin and genital pain. I think It's been 5-6 weeks of PFPT and its kind of up and down right now but i think I'm on the right track. So I'm curios about the prostate play, I have a vibrating trigger point wand and either can't find the right angle or am fearing insertion so i just use it for anal and perineal massage.
