PSA: Your pelvic floor called—it’s got some tea to spill ☕

In this exclusive vid, we’re mapping out tender spots in the male pelvic floor—aka, the hidden tension you didn’t even know was there. 🤯

Why does this matter? Because tight muscles = discomfort, and nobody’s got time for that. Let’s find those spots, understand what’s up, and get you feeling way better.

Before you hit play ▶️, make sure you have some privacy— the live demo is NSFW (Not Safe For Work).

I appreciate your feedback, Gretel. We do the best we can with the available model resources.

It would be good if you changed models, had several models for the demonstration videos, and didn't always use the same person.

Hi Jack, I’m sorry to hear that it feels like this kind of assessment only happens here on my Patreon. Sadly, you’re not alone—other members have also shared experiences of being treated differently simply because they have different genitals. That said, there are pelvic floor therapists—myself included—who assess and treat penile and scrotal tissue. Some members in this community can attest to that firsthand. Unfortunately, not all providers are trained in or feel comfortable with this type of care, which is why I also teach a course for professionals on how to assess and treat sexual pain in people with penises. If you’re curious to learn more, here’s the course info: https://aptapelvichealthlivecourses.softr.app/listing-details?recordId=recYtMMTM4YqiQZaP

Once again I'm in awe of your model. I'm beginning to obsess about being able to evolve to that level.

That's refreshing to hear, Ron!

Fortunately my PFPT has done pretty much what the video showed. It was very beneficial that she did it as I found it difficult to do solo. But great information and presentation.

Hi Rex, If it’s too painful to touch these areas directly, try starting with areas that feel more “yellow” than “red,” and gradually work your way toward the more sensitive spots. In clinic, we always prioritize safe touch first to help desensitize the alarm bells. The bulbospongiosus travels about two-thirds up the shaft of the penis (with the usual room for human variability, of course). As for how long to work on it, that really depends on your body, tissue tolerance, and comfort level. As much as possible, we aim for neutral, safe, or even pleasurable touch.

I hear you, Orlando—many men share the same sentiments. Although some therapists may not directly examine or treat the genitals, therapy offered can still be beneficial. Several community members mentioned this.

Wish my therapist would perform this on me. But I know it's on the genitals and can be misinterpreted; just sad cause really could benefit with my symptoms

That was hard for me to do, had to take breaks from the pain. This really helped my understanding of the pelvic floor and perineum. That bulbo muscle, how far does it go up the shaft? Never understood the clock for trigger point release, now I do. The last video on pelvic massage, how often can I do that? Another great and informative video. Thanks, Dr. G
